MVP is primarily based on our extensive experience as Chief Executives:

Sabina Biran, MBA

For the past decade, CEO of Israir and Tower Air. During her ten years of military service, Ms. Biran served as a senior IDF strategic researcher. Today she is Chairman of the Tel Aviv Municipal Tourist Foundation and a boardmember of several public and government companies. Her MBA in Business Administration and International Affairs followed her bachelor degree in Economics and Political Science.

Jackie Aharon, MBA, CPA

Mr. Aharon served for a decade as V.P of Finance and as a boardmember of Directors in several leading high revenue producing companies in the Israeli market. Prior to that, Mr. Aaron was the Managing director at KPMG Somekh Chaikin & Co; Accountants. He is highly experienced in Investor Fund Raising, Bank Relations and Risk Evaluation. Today, he is a member of tourist related Directorates and Financial and Investment Boards, as well as being a senior lecturer in the field of Accounting and Financing at the Business School of the College of Management, He holds a CPA, received in 1994 as well as an MBA.

MVP’s modus operandi is set in three stages

Initial Evaluation – An in-depth survey of all levels of the company. This in order to evaluate the financial and strategic situation, while examining the market and the relevant competition.

Formulating solutions – Discovering and mapping requirements, defining the objectives and goals. Preparing a work plan to meet such goals.

Execution – we believe that execution is the most significant stage in the entire process. During this stage we walk the company through, implementing the conclusions that were derived and ensuring that the outlined course of action is implemented in full.
This stage of accompaniment is maintained up until the company's potential and value are maximized, as predefined at the outset.
